Emergency Room/Hospitalist Provider

This is a dual-role position requiring experience in both emergency medicine and treatment of hospitalized patients. Preferred provider will be a board-certified or board-eligible family practice physician. Provider will work 8-10 shifts per month. Shifts will vary from 14-hour weeknight shifts (Monday through Thursday) to 24-hour weekend shifts (Fri., Sat. & Sun.). Compensation will average in the range of $210,000 to $280,000 per year. Additionally, hospital will provide $1,000 per month toward health insurance benefits and will provide professional liability coverage for physician’s work at hospital (including tail coverage when and if needed). Physician must be actively licensed in the State of Oregon and secure membership with the hospital’s medical staff.

We have a Hospitalist group that will manage the inpatient census so you can concentrate on seeing your patients in the office. You have the option to schedule your hours Monday thru Friday so they total approximately 40 clinical hours per week. Some of our doctors work 3-13 hour shifts, 4-10s and others five days per week.
